Shipping and Delivery Policy
All products that are in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. A confirmation email will be sent notifying the buyer of product shipping status, shipping cost and estimated delivery time. Products on back order or currently out of stock will be shipped within 24 hours of the products arrival at our warehouse. You will be notified by email when the product becomes available.
Your order will be shipped to you via the method you choose at check out time. You may estimate arrival time by adding 24 hours to the number of days stated in the shipping method to determine the date you will receive your order. Volangulary LLC cannot guarantee an arrival date. We can only guarantee the shipping date. Shipping costs will depend upon the method and option you choose.
For a single order requesting delivery to different locations, shipping cost will reflect shipment to each location.
For orders which must be shipped by freight, special rates will apply.
Special shipping times will apply to tax exempt orders. (see Tax Exempt Organizations below).
Tax Information
In accordance with applicable law, Volangulary LLC collects sales tax from residents of the state of New Jersey. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges.
Tax Exempt Organizations
Libraries, schools, not-for-profits, and other tax exempt entities may place a sales tax-exempt order. Volangulary LLC must have your tax exempt certificate on file. Items cannot be shipped without your state or federal government-issued certificate is verified by Volangulary LLC. When placing your order, without having already sent your certificate to Volangulary LLC, you must enter the tax exempt number on the checkout shipping page and then fax a copy of the certificate to 609-443-4093 within 72 hours for verification.
Your order will not be processed until we receive verification of your tax exempt status.
Orders will only be shipped to the state for which the certificate is valid.
Student and Educator Discounts
Students and Educators must fax a copy of their school issued identification in order to receive a sales discount where applicable. Please do not enter the identification number on the check out page.
Return & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Volangulary LLC's product, please call 609-915-7912 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the Volangulary LLC's warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open product fee will be assessed on any opened product. Please note that Volangulary LLC does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following:
Games missing game components or contents
Incomplete accessory packs
Items damaged by user
Products not manufactured by Volangulary LLC
NOTE: Volangulary LLC recommends that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either insure your package for safe return to Volangulary LLC or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and you do not insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
